Legal operator: Suubi Isaac, personally operating the Everseed trading/service brand.
The service and operator
Everseed is a personally owned school-management service operated by Suubi Isaac for Nursery and Primary Schools, initially in Uganda. Everseed is the service brand, not an incorporated company. HybridTech provides website design and is not identified as the contracting operator.
Business correspondence and legal documents may be received at:
EverseedC/o Alpha Covenant Worship Centre
Entebbe–Lugonjo, near the Petrol Station
Wakiso District, Uganda
Alpha Covenant Worship Centre is only the authorised correspondence and legal-document receiving location. It is not Everseed’s operator, owner, sponsor or contracting party. Everseed is not represented as a ministry or church-owned organisation.
These terms explain the public website and general service offering. A separate written school order and data-processing agreement must establish the school’s paid service and operational data arrangements before onboarding.
Demonstrations, trials and activation
Requesting a demonstration or free trial starts a guided conversation. A website button does not automatically provision a school account, activate a subscription or charge a payment method.
The free trial lasts 30 days from the activation date agreed with the school—not from the date a visitor clicks a request button. Trial capacity, access and the end date are confirmed during setup. Continued paid use requires an agreed subscription. Do not put real learner information into a demonstration environment.
Pricing, subscriptions and payment
Published prices are in Ugandan shillings: Starter, UGX 100,000 per term for up to 100 pupils; Growth, UGX 180,000 for 101–300; Professional, UGX 300,000 for 301–600; Premium, UGX 450,000 for 601–1,000; and Enterprise by quotation.
Annual prices are UGX 270,000, 486,000, 810,000 and 1,215,000 respectively: a 10% discount compared with three termly payments. The school order confirms capacity, billing dates, applicable taxes and payment instructions. Payments require manual confirmation; the public website does not automatically bill or renew a subscription.
Authorised use and school records
Schools retain ownership of their records and responsibility for their accuracy, lawful collection and authorised use. They appoint administrators, approve staff access and maintain guardian relationships. Users must protect credentials and must not bypass controls, access another school’s records or upload malicious or unlawful material.
Authorised staff should check fees, attendance, calculations and academic reports before relying on or distributing them. A software payment entry is not independent confirmation of bank or mobile-money settlement. An application acknowledgment is not an admission offer.
School records are not licensed for unrelated advertising or public promotion by these terms. Public use of school photographs or testimonials requires separate permission.
Availability and support
The service requires an internet connection and a supported browser. Maintenance, provider outages and configuration issues can interrupt access. PWA installation does not guarantee offline school-record access. No fixed uptime, support-response or recovery-time guarantee is offered in these public terms.
For support or onboarding, contact tribrident@gmail.com or +256701088247. Any agreed support hours, escalation, backup coverage and service commitments must be recorded in the school agreement.
Cancellation, suspension and ending service
A school can request cancellation or discuss a plan change through tribrident@gmail.com or +256701088247. The written school agreement must state notice periods, renewal arrangements, any refunds or outstanding charges, security-related suspension arrangements, and data-export and retention terms before paid activation. These public terms do not create automatic refund or renewal rules.
Trial expiry or cancellation does not automatically erase all records or recovery copies. Ending service and any necessary access restrictions must follow the agreed school arrangements and applicable obligations. Recovering or rolling back software must not overwrite accepted school records.
External services and website material
Telephone, Gmail, WhatsApp and other linked services operate under their own terms. Their availability is outside this website’s control. Marketing screenshots use fictional demonstration data and do not represent customer numbers, endorsements or real school balances. Website material and branding must not be misrepresented as another provider’s work.
Applicable law and further agreements
These public terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Nothing in them excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Detailed dispute arrangements and any additional paid-service obligations must be agreed separately before purchase.
Material changes to service terms will be communicated through the agreed school contact process. The effective version and acceptance arrangements must be identified when a school enters its service agreement.
