Who we are
Everseed is a personally owned school-management service operated by Suubi Isaac, serving Nursery and Primary Schools in Uganda. Everseed is the trading/service brand, not an incorporated company. HybridTech is the website designer, not identified as the service operator.

Public website enquiries
The public website’s contact and demo forms do not submit or save their field contents. Telephone, WhatsApp and email links open separate services. If you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond, discuss a demonstration or trial, and follow up your enquiry.
The current marketing website has no advertising or analytics tracker. Render hosts the site and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare provides domain DNS and, where proxying is enabled, may also deliver and protect website traffic and process technical request information. Google Fonts requests disclose ordinary network information to Google. Gmail and WhatsApp handle messages through their own services and privacy terms. Product screenshots contain fictional demonstration data, not real school records.
School records and responsibilities
The school-management platform can handle learner and guardian details, staff accounts, classes and enrolments, attendance, assessments and reports, fee and payment records, communications, photographs and documents, depending on the workflows enabled for a school.
Schools decide why their records are needed, which records to collect and who should have access. They are responsible for accuracy, appropriate collection authority and authorised sharing. Everseed processes school records on the school’s authorised instructions. Each school’s detailed processing responsibilities, provider arrangements and end-of-service requirements belong in a separate school agreement.
Children’s information
School accounts are administered by authorised adults. Children are not invited to register themselves through this marketing website. Schools must establish appropriate parent or guardian authority and any other applicable requirements before recording or sharing children’s information. Private photographs are not permission for public marketing use.
Parent access depends on school-managed links to the relevant pupil. Questions about a child’s school record should normally go to the school first; Everseed can assist its authorised representative.
Security and access
The platform uses school-scoped access controls, role permissions, authenticated sessions and login-failure controls. PostgreSQL connections verify server certificates and hostnames when TLS is required. These safeguards reduce risk; they do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of security incidents.
Authenticated portals use cookies and may use browser storage for approved portal/PWA functions. A PWA does not guarantee offline access to private records. Users must protect their credentials and report suspected misuse.
Providers and international processing
The existing platform uses Render hosting, Neon PostgreSQL and Backblaze B2 storage. Configured notifications can use separately authorised providers; this public website does not activate school email or messaging workflows. Some infrastructure and communication providers process information outside Uganda.
Before an external school supplies operational data, its agreement must identify the relevant providers, processing locations, responsibilities and applicable international-transfer safeguards. The marketing website does not grant permission to upload learner records into a demonstration environment.
Retention, backups and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, necessary enquiry follow-up, school instructions and applicable record-keeping obligations. No single fixed retention period or automatic deletion deadline is promised. School-specific retention, exports and end-of-service arrangements must be agreed before onboarding.
Recovery checkpoints and stored object versions may contain older copies separately from active records. Deleting an active record does not necessarily erase every recovery copy immediately. This policy does not promise a particular backup frequency, recovery time or guaranteed restoration.
Privacy requests and concerns
Contact tribrident@gmail.com or +256701088247 to ask about your information or request access, correction or appropriate deletion. For school records, contact the responsible school first. Proportionate identity and authority checks may be needed, and requests are considered alongside school instructions, applicable obligations and other people’s rights.
Report suspected unauthorised access promptly without sending credentials or unnecessary sensitive information. You may also raise data-protection concerns with Uganda’s Personal Data Protection Office. This policy is not a claim of certification, registration or complete legal compliance.
